Styles Work is a practical reflection on workplace preferences. It is designed to support better conversations, not to judge people.
Appropriate use
Do not use this reflection for hiring, promotion, performance evaluation, discipline, medical decisions, or any decision that materially affects a person. It is a snapshot of self-reported preferences, not a measure of ability, intelligence, character, or potential.
What is collected
When you complete the survey, your name, email address, ranked responses, and the statements you choose for your summary are used to create and send your report. The site does not maintain an application database for these reports.
Where your report goes
Your report is sent to the email address you provide. A copy is also sent to the program administrator so they can support the program and respond to questions. Our hosting and transactional email providers may retain standard delivery and security logs.
Sharing
You decide whether to share your report with coworkers. Before sharing, read it through and keep only the lines that feel accurate and useful to you.
